Full Disclosure Project
- National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) is pleased to share articles from the Full Disclosure project for reprint in state pharmacy association publications.
The Full Disclosure series is a set of three articles printed in America's Pharmacist magazine. The series features research results which compared surveys of pharmacists with consumer surveys and identified a disconnect between what pharmacists think consumers want and services the consumers want, discusses how customer segmentation can help community pharmacies better serve existing patients and attract new ones, and highlights actions pharmacists can take to close the gaps between pharmacists' perceptions and those of their patients.
Reprinting by NASPA-affiliated state pharmacy organizations is permitted with proper attribution of source, as follows:
Reprinted with permission from National Community Pharmacists Association in the [insert month and year] issue of America’s Pharmacist. For more information about NCPA, visit www.ncpanet.org.
